We are in the mutual fund distribution domain catering to corporate employees, self-employed professionals, family-owned businesses and entrepreneurs providing excellence in customer services for over 62 years. Our clientele comprises over 3,500+ families.

Late Mafatlal J Shah

Founder

Starting as a LIC agent, he founded the SNS Group in 1960 and guided us through his dedication and leadership skills that helped steer the company over the years in achieving several ground-breaking milestones. He was one of the top LIC agent for several years.

Hitesh Mafatlal Shah

CEO

Starting as a LIC agent at a very young age, Hitesh showed great potential by being very industrious and was always consumed by a passion to excel.

Through the years, his understanding of the industry, economy and the market along with his unstinted efforts have shaped him to emerge as a dominant player in the industry.

Hitesh is extremely passionate about providing life changing customer experiences to thousands of investor families.

Utsav Shah

Business Development Manager

After completing his undergrad at York University, Toronto specialising in Accounting & Finance joined SNS as a third generation member of the Family in April 2021.

Raghu Iyer

Chief Advisor

Comes with global experience in diverse fields such as Insurance, cosmetics, travel & audit working in places such as India, UAE, UK, Hong Kong, Paris and Miami.

Before joining the group Raghu retired as General Manager of Aetna International, Dubai - in charge of end to end service delivery for its global operations from the US, UK, Shanghai, Hong Kong and Dubai.

His other assignments include:

L’Oreal Dubai - Accounting Manager
International Travel Services, Dubai - Financial Controller
Jet Air Group, Mumbai - Internal Auditor

Samir Mehta

Director-Sales

Samir has a wealth of experience close to 30 years of which more than 17 years in the SNS group. He manages a team of Relationship Managers who are the holders of Employee Unique Identification Number. He is the member of the strategic and executive committee in the company and is part of all the important decisions.

Disha Shah

Head, Sales

Disha Shah is an Industrial Engineer and MBA with over 11 years of professional experience across international project management and business leadership. She brings extensive global exposure across diverse industries, including Manufacturing, Shipbuilding (with the Department of National Defense – The Royal Canadian Navy), Consulting, and International Education—particularly in the field of global university partnerships.

Most recently, Disha played a pivotal role at Tata Capital, where she was the first founding member of the Education Loans vertical, building the business alongside the business head. Launched in December 2023, the business rapidly scaled to a team of 70 professionals with a loan book of approximately ₹500 crores.

After an impactful 4-year tenure at Tata Capital, she joined Shah & Shah Mutual Fund Distributors, the family business, where she now leverages her multi-industry insight, strategic mindset, and leadership excellence to drive growth, strengthen client trust, and shape the firm’s future direction.

Prasheel Shah

VP - Research & Strategy

Gaining a degree in Economics and Finance from University of Toronto in Canada, providing a strong foundation for a career in personal finance and investments. Before joining the business in 2023, he worked as an equity research analyst for four years, gaining extensive experience in market analysis and investment strategies. As a CFA charter holder, he specializes in analyzing funds, helping clients make informed investment decisions aligned with their risk appetites.

Jignesh Panani, has been with SNS for 22 years and presently heads the branch office at Borivali. He has immensely contributed to the success of SNS. Being a seasoned professional, he provides the required motivation to the branch staff. He is a member of the strategic committee in the company.

Neha Shah

CFP^CM, RIA, M.Sc., Director-Key Accounts

Neha is incharge of Key accounts,managing a significant portion of assets under our management. She is one of the members of the strategic committee and has been in the organization for over 12 years majorly helping the company to grow to its current size.
